Red horizons is a visual narrative about transformation and limitless possibilities. The multi-layered structure of the relief reflects the journey through life filled with various challenges, obstacles, moments of peace and contentment. In the context of this artwork, the color red represents the inner strength of each individual to overcome challenges and move forward. The horizon is not just a physical boundary between the sky and the earth — it symbolizes the endless potential for growth and change. Just like the horizon, which shifts with every step, this work draws the eye beyond the visible to new possibilities and undiscovered dimensions of life. The transformation of egg carton packaging testifies to the power of metamorphosis and reflects the ability of each person to adapt, grow and find purpose despite life's many challenges. Each new day is an opportunity to move towards personal fulfillment, new insights and brighter horizons.

The artwork “Red Horizons” was incorporated into the interior design project for the area intended for persons with reduced mobility at Ruđer Bošković Airport near Dubrovnik. The project was developed in collaboration with the architectural studio Proto-arch as a continuation of the architectural-artistic project Art&Aviation, initiated in 2017 prior to the opening of Terminal 2, when the art installation “Game and Games” was realised.

Continuing the same concept of integrating architecture and art, the new artwork was incorporated into the space in compliance with all technical requirements related to persons with reduced mobility. Its inclusion in the architectural design added further aesthetic and artistic value to the space while also continuing the Art&Aviation project.
